La legge per il mercato e la concorrenza (Legge n. 124 del 4 agosto 2017) all’art.1 dal comma 125 al 127 stabilisce che le associazioni‚ le Onlus e le fondazioni che intrattengono rapporti economici con le pubbliche amministrazioni dovranno pubblicare‚ nei propri siti web‚ le informazioni relative a sovvenzioni‚ contributi‚ incarichi retribuiti e comunque a vantaggi economici di qualunque genere di importo pari o superiore a 10.000 euro‚ ricevuti dalle medesime pubbliche amministrazioni nel corso dell’anno precedente.
